Every IDE design is produced in-house on premium opaque cast vinyl with professional-grade UV-resistant inks. Unlike thin, semi-transparent films common in the market — which can lift at edges, trap moisture, or leave adhesive residue — IDE wraps are engineered for clean application, vibrant colour, and safe removal without damaging your paint.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
• Hand wash with a mild pH-neutral car shampoo and soft microfibre cloth
• Avoid high-pressure jets directed at wrap edges
• Avoid abrasive polishes, solvent-based wax, or petroleum-based cleaners

Will it damage my paint when removed?
No — the clean-release adhesive comes off without lifting paint or leaving residue when removed gently at a low angle, ideally in warm conditions.
Do you ship across India?
Yes — pan-India shipping, dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Installation Support
We have trained installers in select major cities across India. Installation is charged separately and varies based on the size of your graphics — call us to check availability in your city.
If we don't have a partner installer near you, any local wrap shop or PPF installer can handle the job. We provide free video guidance to your installer to ensure a clean, accurate fit.

Shipping Coverage
IDE Autoworks ships pan-India and internationally.
There may be certain countries or regions where shipping is temporarily unavailable due to logistical limitations, courier restrictions, or regulatory requirements. If your delivery address falls within such a region, our team will contact you directly to discuss available alternatives or next steps.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high-order volumes, processing times may be extended slightly. In the event of a significant delay, customers will be informed via email or phone.

For international shipments, IDE Autoworks / Focus Auto Designworks Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
We ensure that all products are securely packaged and dispatched using reputed courier partners. However:
Once a shipment has been handed over to the courier service, IDE Autoworks / Focus Auto Designworks Pvt Ltd is not liable for damage, loss, or delays during transit.
In case of damaged or lost shipments, customers must contact the courier partner directly to initiate a claim.
All original packaging, labels, and damaged products must be retained, as these may be required during the claim investigation.
