At IDE Autoworks, every product is created with Precision and Care using only Automotive-Grade materials. While we strive for Perfection, we understand that certain situations may require a return or replacement. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.



Eligibility for Returns

Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if the product shows:

  • Shape deformation

  • Tears, cuts, or trimming marks

  • Vinyl not adhering to its paper backing

  • Signs of installation, removal attempts, or misuse



Installation & Usage Disclaimer

Automotive vinyl graphics are precision products that require proper surface preparation and correct installation technique.

Any damage caused due to:

  • Improper installation

  • Incorrect surface cleaning

  • Stretching or overheating

  • Use of water during application

  • Removal or reapplication attempts

will render the product ineligible for return or replacement.

For larger or complex graphics, we strongly recommend professional installation.



Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Products that are custom-designed, vehicle-specific, made-to-order, or personalised — including
IDE Graphics Series, IDE Partial X Series, and IDE One Off Editions — are non-returnable, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.



How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact us at:

Once your request is approved:

  • You will receive detailed return instructions

  • For defective or damaged items, a return shipping label will be provided by us

  • For all other approved returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

Important: Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.



Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Items that do not meet return eligibility criteria will not be refunded

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at info@ideautoworks.com.



Damage or Incorrect Item Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo or video evidence for evaluation

We will promptly assess the issue and guide you toward a resolution.


Replacement Policy

For products received in a damaged or defective condition:

  • Photo or video proof is mandatory

  • Upon verification, the defective product must be shipped back to us

  • A replacement will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the returned item

If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose to:

  • Receive a full refund, or

  • Opt for an alternative product of equal value

 



Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different product is to:

  1. Return the original item (subject to approval)

  2. Place a fresh order for the desired product

 



European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

This policy does not override exclusions for custom or made-to-order products.



Shipping Costs

  • For approved defective or damaged returns, shipping costs will be covered by IDE Autoworks

  • For all other approved returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
