Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if the product shows:

Tears, cuts, or trimming marks

Vinyl not adhering to its paper backing

Signs of installation, removal attempts, or misuse
Installation & Usage Disclaimer
Automotive vinyl graphics are precision products that require proper surface preparation and correct installation technique.
Any damage caused due to:

Improper installation

Incorrect surface cleaning
-
Stretching or overheating
-
Use of water during application
-
Removal or reapplication attempts
will render the product ineligible for return or replacement.
For larger or complex graphics, we strongly recommend professional installation.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Products that are custom-designed, vehicle-specific, made-to-order, or personalised — including
IDE Graphics Series, IDE Partial X Series, and IDE One Off Editions — are non-returnable, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
How to Request a Return

For defective or damaged items, a return shipping label will be provided by us

For all other approved returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
Important: Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Items that do not meet return eligibility criteria will not be refunded

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days

Damage or Incorrect Item Issues

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Replacement Policy
For products received in a damaged or defective condition:

Photo or video proof is mandatory

Upon verification, the defective product must be shipped back to us

A replacement will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the returned item

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
