IDE Autoworks offers worldwide shipping.

However, there may be certain countries or regions where shipping is temporarily unavailable due to logistical limitations, courier restrictions, or regulatory requirements. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.

• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high-order volumes, processing times may be extended slightly. In the event of a significant delay, customers will be informed via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

• Once a shipment has been handed over to the courier service, IDE Autoworks / Focus Auto Designworks Pvt Ltd is not liable for damage, loss, or delays during transit.

• In case of damaged or lost shipments, customers must contact the courier partner directly to initiate a claim.

• All original packaging, labels, and damaged products must be retained, as these may be required during the claim investigation.
