IDE Autoworks offers worldwide shipping.

However, there may be certain countries or regions where shipping is temporarily unavailable due to logistical limitations, courier restrictions, or regulatory requirements. If your delivery address falls within such a region, our team will contact you directly to discuss available alternatives or next steps.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.

• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high-order volumes, processing times may be extended slightly. In the event of a significant delay, customers will be informed via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

• For international shipments, IDE Autoworks / Focus Auto Designworks Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country.

• Any such charges must be borne entirely by the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

We ensure that all products are securely packaged and dispatched using reputed courier partners. However:

• Once a shipment has been handed over to the courier service, IDE Autoworks / Focus Auto Designworks Pvt Ltd is not liable for damage, loss, or delays during transit.

• In case of damaged or lost shipments, customers must contact the courier partner directly to initiate a claim.

• All original packaging, labels, and damaged products must be retained, as these may be required during the claim investigation.

While liability rests with the courier, our support team will assist customers wherever possible to help facilitate resolution.
